Sponsorship

This event is a biennial activity integrated with Universitas Maritim Raja Ali Haji. Promotion and dissemination carried out by using the following methods:

  1. Distributing information via Mailing Lists, Blogs, Website, Facebook, and other social media.
  2. Distributing Flyers, Banners, and Brochures.
  3. Announcing information via Radio, Newspapers, Magazines, and Television.
  4. Delivering invitations, submitted to various universities and research institutes, inside or outside the country.

The additional values for institutions and companies participating as sponsors are as follows:

  1. An effective opportunity for sponsors in developing targeted innovation.
  2. The sponsors are allowed to show their products, brochures, and other promotional media.
  3. The sponsors are given opportunity to do recruitment.
  4. Positive image will automatically go to the sponsors which concern more on educational development.

Types of sponsorship

GOLD sponsorship (60% of the budget)

  • 15-minute presentation  after the keynote speaker presentation.
  • Sponsors’ logos and names are displayed at all sessions of the conference, on conference web pages (blog, facebook), and on all printed materials (brochures, banners, invitations, registration materials, proceedings).

SILVER sponsorship (40% of the budget)

  • 15-minute presentation by choosing one of  the available field studies.
  • Sponsors’ logos and names are dislayed on conference web pages (blog, facebook), and on all printed materials (brochures, banners, invitations, registration materials, proceedings).
  • Sponsors are provided with stands

BRONZE sponsorship (20% of the budget)

  • Sponsors’ logos and names are dislayed on conference web pages (blog, facebook), and on all printed materials (brochures, banners, invitations, registration materials, proceedings).
  • Sponsors are provided with stands

  • Fullboard meeting room sponsorship
  • Stationary sponsorship
  • Fullday meeting room sponsorship (5 days),
  • Tour package sponsorship as stated on the budgetary planing (see p. ….)

 

Advantage for sponsors

Sponsors’ logos and names are dislayed on conference web pages (blog, facebook), and on all printed materials (brochures, banners, invitations, registration materials, proceedings).

Conditions of payment for sponsors

  • The booking fee must be at least 50% of the chosen sponsorship type(s) budget.
  • All payment must be made (fixed) a week before the due date of the conference.
  • Sponsors’ logos and names will be displayed only if all payment are already made.

 

Conditions of cancellation for sponsors

  • All payment made will be returned to sponsors due to conference cancellation.
  • In terms of cancellation from sponsors, they must  pay 50% of the total cost chosen to the organizing commmittee.
